If you feel it's time to wake up some dormant muscles of yours, then take a step into our fitness room.

There's cardio machines; an elliptical machine; stairmasters; a bike as well as strength equipment to help you get back in shape. If you want to finish with some stretching, just head up to our aerobics area on the second floor.

Our fitness advisor will also provide you with some expert tips and if you feel you need a group to get motivated, then you should join our Elisabeth fitness course. We guarantee we'll miss no muscles if you attend one of our stomach, legs, butt or water gymnastics classes.
