The most beautiful place to savour cheese
On “Hintenbachalm” in Kirchberg young farmer Hans Walch invites to the so called “Kasplatzl”, a show dairy for all senses. Passing wild rivers and woods you’ll be expected by delicious cheese tastings.
Either only savour the cheese and variety of milk products or help baking homemade bread, watch the cheese making or listen to interesting stories from earlier days.
