Humid temperatures allow fine salt to be spread and by inhaling the salt you can work on curing any breathing or blood-flow problems you may have.

Cooling off options include our ice shower as well as our massage showers. A Kneipp trail will get your tired feet to wake up and after you're done, there's no better place to be than our rest area where you can relax while taking in a stunning view of the mountains through our panoramic windows.
