Take a handful of honest ingredients and combine them in such a way that what belongs together comes together: the result is a classic gourmet dish that you can enjoy during your holiday in the Kitzbühel Alps. We prefer to treat our gourmet travellers with Austria’s typical foods that come from our own farm, from our show dairy, or as close as possible. We always favour the original that’s closest to nature, but especially so in the kitchen.
