The secret of our regional cuisine is pure, unadulterated flavour from the purest ingredients from Mother Nature: fresh herbs, tasty milk from cows that spend the entire summer on the mountain pasture, clear spring water joined by the aromatic Tyrolean mountain air.

At the abundant breakfast buffet, everything the gourmet heart could want awaits you: bread fresh from the oven, crunchy croissants, sweet spreads, honey, jam from ripely harvested fruits and homemade butter from the mountain. These are joined by all kinds of cheeses from our Kasplatzl and savoury treats from the in-house smokehouse: sausages, smoked sausages and bacon.

Immerse yourself in our lovely little world: home to our Scherrhof Farm, which has been run for ages in harmony with the natural agriculture or our Kasplatzl show dairy, which lies in the heart of the Spertental Nature Reserve, and where the cows spend their fresh summer days.
